Women Helping Women Fund

The Internal Revenue Service has classified Women Helping Women Fund as a tax-exempt organization
under section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts to this organization qualify
for a tax deduction as a charitable contribution to the extent permitted by law.
