Celebrating 20 Years!

A grassroots effort led by six visionary and compassionate women in 1992 has blossomed into a grantmaking fund that has raised over $4 million used to enrich 350 local programs serving women and children in the greater Spokane area.  The collaboration between corporate sponsors, Pioneer Circle members, table captains, generous donors and community volunteers is a reason to celebrate.  Join the celebration of WHWF's mission at the 20th annual fundraising luncheon on May 21, 2012 and be empowered to make a difference in our community!

Woman Writing CheckWe have listened to our donors ask about ease of giving and responded by creating a new giving level in 2009. Your $500 membership in the Leadership Circle includes:

               $200 for Pioneer Circle membership
               $200 for May Benefit Luncheon
               $100 of Discretionary Giving

Pioneer Circle dollars help underwrite all event and operating expenses, allowing 100% of our luncheon proceeds to support local programs now and in the future.  Other areas of giving are the WHWF Endowment Fund and the Vivian Winston Scholarship Fund.  Leadership Circle members are recognized on our website, in the luncheon program and at the event.  Please consider the Leadership Circle in your annual giving plans and join this group of outstanding WHWF supporters:
