WHWF June Newsletter

Thank you to everyone who supported the Bloom Together Campaign! If you weren't able to join us on Bloom Big Day (May 17) for the virtual conversation with Ginger Zee, it's available on our YouTube page here.

And if you missed the opportunity to donate, it's not too late. Donations made through June 30th will support 17 critical nonprofit programs and five scholarship recipients.

Your donation helped to fund 17 grants this year to nonprofits who are providing important programs for women and children in our community. Here are updates from some of our grantees. Enjoy!

This year we say goodbye and thank you to our outgoing board members Stacy Wenzel, Traci McGlathery and Anne Cowles. During their time on the board, WHWF has grown tremendously. We are forever grateful for the time, talent, and treasure they brought to the organization over the years. Read more about these three outstanding volunteers here.

Single Moms In Life Empowerment is a local nonprofit that provides support and resources to overcome the common challenges of single-motherhood (emotional, spiritual, physical and financial). They are hosted a drive thru style event to celebrate Mother's Day. With your support, Women Helping Women Fund sponsored 20 gift bags for attendees. Thank you!
